Vegan Coconut Protein Shake


Whether you’re bulking or not, it’s a great idea to have a cheeky post-workout protein shake to speed up muscle repair. When you’ve had a strenuous workout in the gym, whether you’re benching 100kg or doing some light-weight-high-rep exercises, that burning or aching sensation you’re feeling is your muscle fibres being broken down. You want to help re-build and tone your muscles by providing them with a sufficient amount of amino acids or BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids) straight after a high-intensity workout with a refreshing protein shake.
